Back Acne
I guess backacne comes from the onset of puberty where the skin glands produces too much oil and it gets trapped in the pores and hair follicles. This attracts bacteria and other microorganisms that produces the black color. There is no proof that back acne comes from tight fitting clothes, backpacks, or even fatty foods even though you think common sense would tell you about it. The best way to treat back acne is to wash the back with a slightly mild soap such as Cetaphil. Don’t use regular soap. Then you can apply hydrogen peroxide to the back. Then let it dry. You can also use alpha hydroxide liquid. This should clean the skin so that it will not collect bacteria. In addition, we could also exfoliate the skin to get rid of dead skin cells to help get rid of places where bacteria can grow. It is also recommended that we see a doctor if there is a serious case of acne on our backs.
I did not have acne on my back, but this is what the experts say. Its a matter of keeping ourselves clean and hygienic so that acne will not develop readily.
Pimples, pustules, blackheads are all symptoms of acne.
